Screen, phone size and design
As you can see in the image above, the three phones have different screen sizes. The iPhone 11 has a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina HD display (326 ppi). The iPhone 11 Pro has the smallest screen of the lot – a 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR (458 ppi). The iPhone 11 Pro Max has the largest screen: a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR (also 458 ppi).
XDR, short for Extreme Dynamic Range, is the latest and most advanced iPhone display, and upgrade from High Dynamic Range (HDR) previous generation iPhones used. The Extreme Dynamic Range displays offer improved naturality in colours and images, increased brightness and are also more power efficient. Screens of all the latest iPhones also have the True Tone technology, which features sensors that measure ambient colour and brightness to automatically adjust the displays.
The iPhone 11 has a glass and aluminium design, while the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max have a textured matt glass and stainless steel design.
Processor, RAM and Storage
All of the three latest iPhone models have the same processor – the new, powerful and efficient A13 Bionic processor with third-generation Neural Engine. All three phones also have 4GB of RAM.
When we compare latest iPhones with the previous generation, we see they had similar RAM, with iPhone XR having 3GB RAM, and the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, both having 4GB RAM.
When it comes to storage, again, all three iPhones come with multiple options: a 64GB version, a 256GB version and a 512 GB version. Following tradition, none of them have provisions to extend memory via a microSD card.

Battery
Along with improved and more efficient processors and screens, the capacities of the batteries, too have increased. If we compare latest iPhones with the last generation of iPhones: the iPhone XR had a 2,942mAh battery, the iPhone XS a 2,658mAh battery, and the iPhone XS Max had a 3,174mAh battery.
Apple claims the iPhone 11 offers up to 17 hours video playback; up to 10 hours video streaming, the iPhone 11 Pro offers up to 18 hours video playback; up to 11 hours video streaming, and the iPhone 11 Pro Max offers up to 20 hours video playback; up to 12 hours video streaming.
Camera
The iPhone 11 sports dual rear cameras, one 12-MP wide (f/1.8) and the other 12-MP ultra-wide (f/2.4).
The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, on the other hand, both have three cameras: two of the same ones the iPhone 11 has – a 12-MP wide (f/1.8) and a 12-MP ultra-wide (f/2.4), with an additional 12-MP telephoto (f/2.0). All three phones sport a 12-MP (f/2.2) front camera, which has Face ID support for secure authentication.
Cameras of all the latest iPhones have the following features: Portrait mode, Night mode, Auto Adjustments, next-generation Smart HDR and 4K video up to 60 fps with extended dynamic range.
